The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program provides local advocacy services arising out of complaints and concerns of residents in skilled nursing and licensed board and care facilities. This valuable program has five (5 regions in Los Angeles County) offices managed by regional coordinators and a 60+ volunteer staff, all certified by the State and overseeing 2000 facilities.
This valuable program provides the quality of life for our elderly residents in out-of-home care facilities and serves as a mediator for residents and families.
